Richard Fewings

Richard Fewings is a seasoned professional in development and construction, currently serving as Vice President of Development and Construction for Europe at AJ Capital Partners since November 2019 and as Senior Vice President of Design and Construction at Highgate Hotels since August 2015. Previous experience includes roles as Director at McBains Cooper from September 2011 to August 2015 and at Gardiner & Theobald from February 2003 to August 2011. Richard began a career in quantity surveying, working as Quantity Surveyor at Faithful & Gould from 2001 to 2002 and at Todd & Ledson LLP from 1998 to 2001. Richard holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University, obtained between 1994 and 1998.
