Shauna Nakamura is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in leisure and corporate sales. Currently serving as the Sr. Regional Director of Leisure & Corporate Sales at Highgate since 2018, Shauna oversees sales for multiple properties including the Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach and several other hotels across Hawaii. Prior to this role, Shauna worked at Apple Leisure Group from December 2000 to May 2017, contributing to the organization as part of a unique vertically integrated hospitality model. Earlier experience includes a position as Area Manager for Hawaii & South Pacific at Canada 3000 Holidays from January 1998 to December 2000, where Shauna played a key role in establishing the Destination Services Department and developing training programs for employees across various regions.
