Scott Houghton

Scott Houghton currently serves as the Director of Operations at Highgate Senior Living, a role held since February 2025. Prior to this, Scott was the Chief Operating Officer at Guaranteed Clean Energy from March to December 2024 and served as Regional Vice President of Operations at Cascade Living Group between January 2022 and March 2024. Experience also includes positions as Director of Home Care Services at Fedelta Home Care (July 2020 - November 2021) and Regional Director of Operations and Executive Director at Cascadia Senior Living & Fieldstone Communities (December 2016 - July 2020). Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, where participation included serving as Student Body President, and has experience as a Designated Course Supervisor in Personal Awareness and Self-Improvement with Landmark Education from 1994 to 2012.
