Scott Palen

Scott Palen is a highly experienced electrical engineer with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Associate Electrical Engineer at Highland Associates since October 2000, Scott specializes in the design of mission-critical facilities, data centers, corporate headquarters, and critical operation environments. Prior to this role, Scott worked at Jaros Baum & Bolles from 1997 to 2000, focusing on commissioning data center and mission-critical infrastructure support. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Electrical Engineer and Project Manager at Enersave from 1994 to 1997, where Scott was involved in the development and management of energy conservation projects. Scott's foundational training in engineering began during service in the US Navy from 1981 to 1985.
