Rick Cunningham

Rick Cunningham has served as Executive Chairman and President of Highland Commercial Roofing since January 2006, guiding the company’s transformation from a local contractor into a regional leader in the commercial roofing sector across several states. With a strong background in operations, sales, marketing, and strategic planning, Rick oversees daily operations at multiple offices in Southern and Northern California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. Prior to Highland, Rick held the position of President at Tustin Development LLC and was General Manager at A-1 All American Roofing. Rick's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Political Science from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Gonzaga University.
