Kimberly Vautour

Kimberly Vautour has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Kimberly is currently the Director of Human Resources & Office Management at Highland Electric Fleets since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant from April 2010 to July 2021, providing various HR services such as audits, creating handbooks, policies/procedures, and compensation analysis.

Kimberly also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at General Compression, Inc from October 2011 to February 2013. In this role, they were responsible for all day-to-day HR operations, managing health/benefit programs, developing handbooks and policies, administering company payroll, and overseeing recruitment and onboarding.
