Samuel Sinkler has a diverse work experience. Samuel started their career as a Summer Camp Counselor at The Loppet Foundation in 2012 and worked there until 2016. Then, they joined Colby College and held multiple roles, including Teaching Assistant and First-Year Orientation Leader. During their time at Colby College, Samuel also worked as an Undergraduate Researcher, where they conducted research on Permian rocks in South Africa and presented their findings at a geological conference.
In 2018, Samuel joined Fragomen as an Assistant Paralegal 2 and continued working there until 2019. Samuel then interned at Forest Stewardship Council U.S. as an FSC Programs and Data Intern from 2020 to 2020.
Most recently, Samuel worked at Highland Electric Fleets, where they held various positions. Samuel started as an Analyst in 2020 and was responsible for developing and maintaining charging, maintenance, and finance models for EV projects. Samuel also supported project operations and collaborated with stakeholders for project development. In 2021, Samuel was promoted to Associate, Project Development, where they continued their involvement in project development. In 2022, they were promoted to Manager, Project Development, a role they currently hold.
Samuel Sinkler attended Colby College from 2014 to 2018, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time at Colby College, they focused on the fields of Geology and Government. In 2016, they also briefly attended The University of Edinburgh, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree from this institution. At both schools, Samuel's educational interests were centered around the study of Geology and its intersection with Political Science.
