Reed C. Fraasa is the Founder and Managing Member of HIGHLAND Financial Advisors, LLC, a Registered Investment Adviser that has been operating since 1995, specializing in comprehensive, fee-only financial planning and investment advisory services for corporate executives, professionals, business owners, and retirees. HIGHLAND also offers Third Party Administrator services in the design and management of qualified retirement plans for business owners. Additionally, Reed served as Chairman of the Chapter Leadership Resource Council for the Financial Planning Association in 2009, guiding chapter leaders nationwide, and held the positions of Chairman and President of the Financial Planning Association of New Jersey from 2005 to 2006, overseeing a membership of over 800 individuals.
