Andrew Herman

Andrew Herman has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Andrew began their career in 2001 as the Deputy Director of Asset Inspection at the Texas General Land Office, where they managed residential and commercial leases and oversaw lease inspection and land management. Andrew also served as the Director of Asset Management, handling acquisitions and dispositions of real estate portfolios.

In 2004, Andrew became a Real Estate Broker at Herman Properties Inc., specializing in investment property management. Andrew worked in this role until 2017.

From 2015 to 2017, Andrew worked as a New Home Sales Counselor at Milestone Community Builders, delivering high-quality homes at reasonable prices. Andrew then joined Highland Homes as a New Home Sales Counselor from 2017 to 2018, where they were part of the largest private homebuilder in Texas.

Andrew continued their career in the real estate industry by serving as a New Home Sales Counselor at Lennar from 2019 to 2020. Andrew contributed to Lennar's reputation as the leading builder of quality new homes across the nation.

In 2020, Andrew joined Trendmaker Homes as a New Home Sales Counselor, where they aimed to provide a simple and straightforward homebuying experience. Andrew then transitioned to All City Real Estate in 2021, serving as an Associate Broker and Real Estate Investor.

In 2022, Andrew worked at Trailhead by Salesforce, focusing on obtaining the Salesforce Administrator Certification. Currently, they are employed at Highland Homes as a New Home Sales Counselor at Santa Rita Ranch.

Andrew Herman earned their Bachelor's Degree from Austin College between 1985 and 1990. Andrew then pursued their Master's Degree in Fine Arts at the University of Houston from 1990 to 1996.
