Austin Pieper has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Leasing Consultant at The Scion Group, where they trained new employees, facilitated customer satisfaction, and shared property knowledge to drive sales. In 2017, they briefly served as a Site Manager at Property Doctor, overseeing schedules, managing payroll, and ensuring work was done to standard. Since 2018, they have been working at Highland Homes, initially as a Sales Associate 3, responsible for disseminating information, showing homes, and completing administrative tasks. Currently, they hold the role of Sales Counselor.
