Dustin N. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Dustin began their career as a Graduate Assistant in Athletics at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2005 and later transitioned to the role of Director of Sales at Wichita State University in 2008. In 2010, they joined Learfield IMG College as an Account Executive for Sooner Sports Properties, where they helped businesses and corporations with marketing strategies for the University of Oklahoma Athletics Department. After four years with Sooner Sports Properties, Dustin became the General Manager of Mustang Sports Properties, the official athletics multimedia rights holder for the Southern Methodist University.

In 2015, Dustin founded Phlex Group, a company focused on providing innovative solutions in sports performance. Dustin later joined Michael Johnson Performance as Director of High Performance | Sales in 2018, where they showcased their expertise in sales and high-performance training. In 2019, Dustin moved to INFLCR, where they served as the Vice President of Business Development, contributing to the growth and expansion of the company. Most recently, in 2020, Dustin joined Highland Homes as a Construction Project Manager, leveraging their project management skills in the construction industry.

Dustin N. completed their high school education at Rush Springs High School from 1998 to 2002, where they studied Coach Tunnell 101. Following their high school graduation, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Southwestern Oklahoma State University from 2002 to 2007.
