Kate Ball Krenek

Kate Ball Krenek is currently the VP of Talent & Leadership Development at Highland Homes, where Kate leads a team of nine in various leadership strategies and development programs. Prior to this role, Kate held positions at Ericsson, Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., and the U.S. Navy Reserve, where Kate focused on talent development, leadership programs, and human resources management. With a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy, and a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from the University of Texas at Tyler, Kate has a strong background in leadership, training, and development.
