Sindee Cox has a strong background in homebuilding and purchasing. Sindee started their career at Newmark Homes in 1989, where they worked as an Estimator and Estimating Manager. Sindee'sresponsibilities included creating accurate material estimates, maintaining budgets, and ensuring on-time delivery of start packages. In 2000, Sindee joined Technical Olympic, USA (Newmark Homes) as the Business Application Director, where they managed and completed data conversion projects and led the integration of multiple homebuilding companies onto one platform. Since 2006, Sindee has been with Highland Homes, initially working as a Purchasing Manager and later being promoted to Director of Purchasing. In their current role, they manage all purchasing operations, evaluates suppliers, negotiates prices, and leads a purchasing team. Sindee possesses excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and on a team.

Sindee Cox completed their high school education at Jericho High School from 1983 to 1985. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile Marketing at the University of Maryland from 1985 to 1989.
