Chad Stechly is a dedicated facilities manager with extensive experience in engineering and maintenance within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Facilities Manager at Highland Park Public Library since July 2021, Chad has previously held positions as Chief Engineer at Hyatt Place and Crestline Hotels & Resorts, as well as at SpringHill Suites by Marriott. Early career roles include Service Manager at Marquette Management and Village Green, and a Maintenance Technician and Supervisor at Town Management. Chad began their career as a Hotel Engineer at Montclaire Hotel Investors and entertained guests as a stuntman at Donleys Wild West Town. Chad holds a Universal Certification in HVAC from Universal Technical Institute and a diploma in General Studies from Streamwood High School.
