Sherri Blix, CPCC, PCC, is a seasoned Sr. Consultant and Executive Coach at Highland Performance Solutions, specializing in enhancing executive presence and self-awareness while addressing imposter syndrome across various industries such as private equity, healthcare, and technology. With a wealth of experience as an OD Consultant and Leadership Coach since 2013, Sherri has also served as an Adjunct Executive Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership and a contracted Executive Coach with The Ayers Group. Sherri's background includes impactful roles in organizations like Stepan Company and Beam Suntory, alongside teaching graduate courses in Human Resource Development at Loyola University Chicago.
