Rachelle Nieves

Rachelle Nieves is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in the optical industry and nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Highland Springs since August 2016, Rachelle specializes in marketing to referral sources and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Rachelle has also contributed to NAMI Lake County, OH as Vice President of the Board of Directors from August 2021 to December 2023. Previously, Rachelle co-owned and operated The Eyeglass Shoppe, focusing on client acquisition and relationship management from September 2017 to September 2020, and worked as General Manager at LensCrafters for over a decade, excelling in sales and partnership development. Rachelle holds a degree from Kent State University, where studies were completed between 2001 and 2004.
