Krista Windschitl

Krista Windschitl is a seasoned Senior Real Estate Title Processor at Highland Title + Escrow, overseeing various aspects of real estate transactions since January 2021. Responsibilities include reviewing residential sales contracts, managing communication between stakeholders, leading teams in processing and contract management, researching title issues, and ensuring accurate fund disbursement for an average of 60 closings per month. Prior to this role, Krista gained valuable experience at Universal Title and held numerous positions at Highland Title & Escrow, including Real Estate Title Processor, Marketing/Client Relationship Manager, and Transaction Coordinator/Title Insurance Underwriter. Krista holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Virginia Tech.
