Jacob Fanion

Jacob Fanion, CRS-A/D, has extensive experience in the health and housing sectors. Currently serving as an Information and Referral Specialist at Highland Valley Elder Services since October 2021, Jacob assists residents in obtaining in-home care and various resources. Previously, as a Lead Housing Specialist, Jacob contributed to developing a housing assistance program for elders. In addition to these roles, Jacob has held multiple positions at Baystate Health, managing patient services and supporting the Emergency Department. Jacob's early career includes roles in customer service and public safety, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing from Curry College.
