Michael Knigin

Mike focuses on management buyouts, recapitalizations, and growth investments in a variety of sectors, including manufacturing and distribution. He is also responsible for working closely with portfolio company management teams to develop and execute strategic plans.

Mike previously served as CEO of Apache Industrial Services from 2009 - 2021. Prior to Apache he served as CFO of HMT Tank from 2000 to 2007, as well as, a Partner of Nassau Point Investors. He began his career with Deutsche Bank Securities.
