Michał Cegielski

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software development, blockchain technology, and decentralized systems. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Group since May 2023, Micha supports innovation projects through training and mentorship. Micha founded managination in July 2005, focusing on enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web. Micha has contributed to various organizations, including Share&Charge and IIB Council, and has extensive experience in blockchain development with Sweetbridge and SwissBorg. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has furthered education at MIT and in project management.
