Stephanie Sinclair

Stephanie Sinclair is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades. Since August 2009, Stephanie has served as the HR Manager at Highlands & Islands Airports Ltd. Prior to this role, Stephanie held positions as Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner at Scottish Natural Heritage from March 2005 to August 2009. Earlier experience includes serving as Personnel Officer at East Sussex County Council from June 2000 to February 2005 and as a Project Worker at Andover Crisis and Support Centre between 1998 and 2000, where efforts focused on supporting women and children escaping domestic violence. Stephanie holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Sussex, a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Resources from The University of Salford, and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Edinburgh Napier University. Additionally, a Certificate in Counselling Skills was obtained from Moray College.
