The leadership team at Highlands Hospital has a long history of experience in various fields. Marianne Miele, JD, MBA, has experience as a mediator at the Fayette County Court of Common Pleas, as well as working as an executive director at the Fayette County Bar Association. She also has experience in mental health advocacy from her time working as a Mental Health Patient Advocate at Fayette County, PA. Executive Director of Foundations/Community Relations Windber Health Care Foundation/Windber Palliative Care Foundation, Membership/Communications, Community and Public Relations Manager at HealthStyles/Windber Medical Center, and part-time adjunct instructor at Pennsylvania Highlands Community College are all additional positions that Miele has held.Director of Public Relations/Fund Development at Girl Scouts of Talus Rock Council- now/Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania is another one of the many experiences of the leadership team. This individual also has a background in education, holding a degree from Seton Hill University in Management, as well as PennWest California in Education and Communication Studies.
