Donna Davis

Donna Davis has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, serving as the Encompass Administrator at Highlands Residential Mortgage, Ltd. since February 2018. Prior to this role, Donna worked as IT Manager 1 and Encompass System Administrator at Academy Mortgage Corporation from August 2017 to January 2018, where responsibilities included collaborating with the LOS Admin Team for daily operations within the Encompass system. Donna's career began at Cunningham & Company in January 1993 and spanned 24 years, during which roles evolved from Accounting Clerk to Accounting Manager, as well as overseeing Payroll and HR functions. Educationally, Donna holds an Associate of Science degree in Accounting from Guilford Technical Community College, completed in 1994.
