Apoorva Prasad

Apoorva Prasad has over 10 years of work experience across various industries. In 2009, they began their career at HCL Technologies as a Senior Executive-Finance, where they were responsible for integrating financial performance data for the division in co-ordination with global geographies, assisting in annual business planning exercise and a short stint in Mergers and Acquisitions. In 2012, they moved to Randstad India as a Research Lead - Executive Search and later as a Research Analyst - Executive Search. In 2015, they joined RGF Management Search India as a Consulting Manager and then as a Consultant. In 2018, they were hired by ABC Consultants as a Client Manager. Currently, they are working at HighLevel as India Leader and Global HR Partner, where they are leading the HR function for a global SaaS startup with 100% remote teams. In 1.5 years, they have single-handedly increased the total headcount from 3 part-time employees to 73 full time employees across 15 countries and different teams.

Apoorva Prasad began their educational journey in 2004 when they earned a Bachelor of Commerce from M.O.P Vaishnav College for Women (Madras University). Apoorva then attended Alliance Manchester Business School from 2007 to 2008, where they earned an MSc in Accounting & Finance. Prior to that, Apoorva attended Vidya Mandir.
