Graham Jackson

Graham Jackson has been working in the industry since 2010. Graham began their career as the Owner of Graham Jackson Photography. In 2011, they began working for Apple as a Technical Expert - Career Experience, AppleCare Leadership Team, iTunes Billing & Accounts Team Manager - Career Experience, Mac+ Senior Technical Advisor, iOS Senior Technical Advisor, Operations Pro, Product Specialist, and Operations Specialist. At the same time, they also worked as a Nationally Registered, Board certified Emergency Medical Technician for EMT. In 2018, they became the Chief Technology Officer at The Idea Farm. In 2021, they were appointed as the Lead Creative Director at Graham Jackson Group, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder at ideal, LLC, and Board Member at Danville-Boyle County Chamber of Commerce. Currently, they are working as the Manager, Customer Support and API Support Product Owner at HighLevel.

Graham Jackson attended Southern New Hampshire University from 2012 to 2016, where they studied Liberal Arts. In May 2018, they obtained an iOS Certified Hardware Technician certification from Apple.
