Jitesh Arora currently serves as the CTO’s Chief of Staff at HighLevel since October 2024. Prior to this role, Jitesh contributed to the World Economic Forum as an Agenda Contributor from January 2021 to September 2025. As Co-Founder and CPTO of MoooFarm, Jitesh focuses on leveraging technology to empower smallholder dairy farmers in India. Jitesh also has experience as a Data Scientist at Fractal Analytics and as a Co-Founder at Erth.ai, where AI solutions for the dairy industry were developed. Earlier positions include Associate Data Scientist at Fuzzy Logix, optimization work at Truebil, event management with Thomso at IIT Roorkee, and a Site Engineer role at Larsen & Toubro, where Jitesh was involved in smart city projects. Jitesh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (2013-2017).
