Jolene Marshall

Jolene Marshall currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer at HighLevel since October 2025. Prior to this role, Jolene held the position of Chief Legal Officer & Secretary at Smartsheet from July 2016 to May 2025, where responsibilities included advising on various business aspects and managing significant legal efforts for public offerings. Jolene's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Counsel at Concur from June 2013 to July 2016 and as Corporate Counsel and Secretary at WhitePages, Inc. from July 2007 to May 2013, where management of diverse legal matters was undertaken as the sole in-house attorney. Jolene began the legal career as a Legal Intern at Blue Frog Mobile, Inc. in early 2005. Jolene earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in Corporate Law from the University of Washington School of Law between 2002 and 2005.
