Michael Horton

Michael Horton has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michael started their career at IBM as a Financial Analyst in 2012. Michael then moved on to Danaher Corporation, where they worked as a Jr Financial Analyst from 2013 to 2015, before becoming the Financial Controller EMEA from 2015 to 2018.

In 2018, they ventured into entrepreneurship, becoming a Small Business Owner at Ecarlogic GmBH for a year. Michael then transitioned to Mylan as a Financial Analyst - Emerging Markets from 2018 to 2019.

After that, they took on the role of a Small Business Owner at Haad Rin Lifestyle Resorts for a few months in 2020.

In 2019, they joined Timeless Hostel as a Managing Partner, utilizing their financial planning and analysis knowledge to improve the company's strategy and decision-making. Michael implemented reporting tools and processes and created demand and sales forecasts using booking platforms like booking.com and agoda.

In 2022, they worked as a Senior Consultant - Finance & Accounting at E78 Partners before joining HighLevel in 2023 as a Financial Analyst.

Michael Horton completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business at the University of San Diego - Knauss School of Business from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they pursued a short-term course in International Business at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in 2011. Before attending university, they studied Business Administration, General Education, and German at San Diego Mesa College and San Diego City College from 2004 to 2010. Also, Michael has obtained certifications in Accounting Fundamentals and Financial Analysis Fundamentals from the Corporate Finance Institute in September 2022.
