Pritinanda Panda

Pritinanda Panda has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Pritinanda currently holds the position of Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at HighLevel since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Leadership Recruiter - APAC at Meta from March 2022 to December 2022. Pritinanda also served as the Lead - Talent Acquisition at ShareChat from July 2019 to March 2022.

Their earlier experiences include working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Unacademy, where they led end-to-end technical and campus hiring. Pritinanda played a crucial role in scaling technology hiring, which included various roles such as backend and frontend engineers, UX/UI designers, product managers, data scientists, and mobile application developers. Before that, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Skillenza, handling the complete recruitment life cycle for multiple clients, both technical and non-technical.

Pritinanda began their career as a Resource Executive at New Era India - En world Group, where they gained expertise in talent acquisition consulting. Their responsibilities included sourcing, screening, and identifying potential candidates for junior, mid, and senior-level positions in leading product-based MNCs and start-up companies.

Throughout their career, Pritinanda has demonstrated strong skills in time management, negotiation, and reviewing company policies and procedures with applicants. Pritinanda has also utilized existing databases and social media recruiting for generating referrals and diversity hiring.

Pritinanda Panda pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the International Institute of Business Studies - IIBS, Bengaluru. Pritinanda attended the institution from 2012 to 2014.
