Rupesh Pawar

Rupesh Pawar has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Rupesh started their career at Codewalla Mobile in 2012 as a Senior Software Engineer, primarily focusing on front-end development and also handling DevOps responsibilities. In 2013, they joined Realmile Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Tech Lead. At SQr Infotech from 2016 to 2017, Rupesh served as a Senior Software Engineer, leading the development and adoption of React for dashboard web applications.

In 2017, Rupesh joined Left Right Mind as a Lead Technologist, where they contributed to web app architecture in the insurance domain. Rupesh also managed initiatives in IoT and machine learning, delivering applications within the specified time frame. Rupesh used technologies such as Node.js, React.js, MongoDB, Python, and MySQL.

From 2019 to 2022, Rupesh worked at udChalo, starting as a Tech Lead-Backend and later becoming the VP of Travel Technology. In this role, they designed and implemented serverless architecture, enhancing the platform's performance and customer experience. Rupesh also trained and mentored junior developers, improving overall team performance. Furthermore, they gained experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and Amazon Web Services while resolving technical issues in collaboration with project managers, developers, quality assurance, and customers.

Rupesh currently works at HighLevel as a Staff Engineer, starting in November 2022.

Rupesh Pawar pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology from IMCD, Pune from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained certifications in AWS, including the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate in August 2020 from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
