Malek Nasr

Malek Nasr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the medical device industry, currently serving as Vice President at HighLife since December 2010. In this role, Malek leads global therapy development across the USA, Europe, and Australia, overseeing patient selection, physician training, and marketing communications. Prior to this, Malek held positions as Director of Clinical Engineering and Sr. R&D Engineer, focusing on clinical study support and the development of innovative transcatheter mitral valve technologies. Earlier experience includes roles as R&D Engineer at BACCATA, where Malek developed mitral valve repair technologies, and as an R&D engineering intern at Biom'up, contributing to wound dressing innovation. Malek holds a degree in Biological Engineering specializing in Biomaterials and Biomechanics from Université de Technologie de Compiègne and a DEUG in life sciences from Université Paris Cité.
