Ari Bajtner

Ari Bajtner is a seasoned financial leader with extensive experience in accounting and finance management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Financial Controller at Highlight Healthcare since October 2024, Ari oversees financial operations for a group of five skilled nursing facilities, contributing to the company's expansion by implementing scalable systems. Previously, as Director of Finance at Concerto Renal Services, Ari managed finance operations for over 125 dialysis locations, enhancing financial reporting through ERP software. Ari's career also includes significant roles at SW Financial Services, where oversight of accounting for multiple nursing homes was key, and positions at Ernst & Young and McGladrey & Pullen, focusing on audit and consulting for hedge funds. Ari holds a Masters of Science in Accounting from Roosevelt University.
