Courtney Printz

Courtney Printz is a seasoned Technical Product Manager currently contracted with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) at Highlight since December 2022. With a strong background in interfacing with operational, technical stakeholders, and clients to align modern technologies with user needs, Courtney effectively maintains program roadmaps and backlog prioritization. Prior to this role, Courtney served as the OMD Program Product Owner and Senior Business Analyst at Guidehouse, contributing to the evaluation of business needs and the development of strategic roadmaps. Courtney’s experience at Intrado spans multiple positions including Senior Technical Business Analyst/Product Owner and Data Analyst, showcasing expertise in project management, backlog maintenance, and analysis of business requirements. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Colorado State University.
