Megan Lloyd Payne has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Megan began their career in 2003 at Delta Gamma Fraternity, where they served as the Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator. In 2007, they transitioned to the role of Associate Editor of the ANCHORA and Communications Specialist. Megan later joined Battelle for Kids in 2012 as a Communication Specialist, and stayed with the company until 2017.
