Lisa Partridge

Head, Community & Ops at Highline Beta

Lisa Partridge has worked in the field of event management for over 10 years. Lisa began their career as an Event Specialist with BlackBerry, where they were responsible for designing and implementing effective event solutions. Lisa also developed work back schedules, researched venues, negotiated contracts, and managed vendor relationships. In 2012, they moved to Bell, where they became the Program Manager for National Events and Sponsorship. In this role, they were responsible for identifying, designing, implementing, and evaluating event solutions. Lisa also developed work back schedules, researched venues, negotiated contracts, and managed vendor relationships. In 2014, they joined OMERS Ventures as an Executive Assistant. In 2017, they joined Workplace One as the Director of Community. In their current role as People Operations & Community Director at Highline Beta, Lisa is responsible for building and managing a world-class team of people operations professionals and creating an inclusive community that supports the Highline Beta mission.

Lisa Partridge obtained their Legal Assistant diploma from Humber College and their Event Coordinator Certification from OTEC. Lisa also has a Project Management certification from Nexient.

They work with Andrea Fagundez - Program Director, Veronika Kvon - Program Director, and Paige Halam-Andres - VP, Venture Strategy, Research. Lisa Partridge reports to Marcus Daniels, CEO & Founding Partner.
