Eric Ho

Eric Ho has extensive experience in management and technology within the educational sector, currently serving as Assistant Manager at Highline College since December 2014. Responsibilities include inventory control, development of a rental program for textbooks and electronics, collaboration with clients and other departments to boost sales and partnerships, and staff training. Prior to this position, Eric was an IT Technician II at Highline College Bookstore, where efforts in developing an online presence significantly increased sales. Eric also worked as a PC Technician II at TEKsystems, focusing on hardware troubleshooting and inventory management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Central Washington University and a Project Management Certificate from the University of Washington.
