Highline Electric Association
Elise Pocock, SHRM-CP, has experience as an Executive Assistant/HR and an Accountant at Highline Electric Association since January 2015. Prior to that, Elise was an Accountant at Koch Industries from 2013 to January 2015. Elise holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Regis University, which Elise earned in 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, completed in 2014.

Highline Electric Association is a consumer-owned cooperative serving seven counties in Northeastern Colorado and four counties in Southwestern Nebraska. The headquarters for Highline Electric is located in Holyoke, Colorado. Branch offices are located in Sterling and Ovid, Colorado. Our mission is to provide our members with reliable, high quality electricity and other needed services which will improve their economic and social well-being and provide significant long-range benefits for our communities, our state and our nation.
