Taylor Boucher

Taylor Boucher is the HR Assistant at Highline. Prior to joining Highline, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Motorcycles of Manchester from October 2020 to September 2021. Taylor has also held the position of Director of Human Resources and Business Partner at Windham Professionals from July 2012 to March 2020, and Human Resource Manager at Kraft Sports + Entertainment from August 2010 to January 2012. Taylor began their career in human resources at Connected Data Systems in 1997, where they served as HR/Operations Manager until 2010.

Taylor Boucher's educational career includes earning a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Management from Castleton University. Prior to that, they attended Ware Junior/Senior High School.
