Susan Refice

Susan Refice is an accomplished Clinical Project Manager at Highline Sciences since November 2021, having previously served as Clinical Team Manager at ICON plc, where management of clinical operations teams focused on CAR-T treatments and EBV immune therapies was a key responsibility. Prior experience includes being a Senior Clinical Research Associate at PRA Health Sciences, overseeing Phase I/II trials of immunotherapeutic compounds, and serving as Project Coordinator at Columbia University Medical Center, where efforts concentrated on breast cancer biology and prevention. Additional roles at Weill Cornell Medical College and PRA International involved significant contributions to genetic medicine and FDA registration trials. Susan holds a Master of Public Health degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
