Amanda Harpster-Hagen

Amanda Harpster-Hagen is an experienced professional in healthcare analytics, currently serving as the Director of Population Health & Clinical Transformation Analytics at Highmark Health since May 2020. Previously, Amanda held roles at Highmark Inc. as a Strategy Analyst and at Medical Mutual as the Manager of Population Health and Evaluation Analytics. With a strong background in clinical effectiveness evaluations, data analysis, and strategic management, Amanda has led teams to analyze health management programs aimed at reducing costs and enhancing care quality. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from The College of Wooster. Amanda is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance at The University of Toledo.
