Amy Jeffries

Amy Jeffries is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in payment integrity and clinical services. Currently serving as the Manager of Payment Integrity at Highmark Health since September 2020, Amy has progressed through various roles including Senior Payment Integrity Clinician and Payment Integrity Clinician. Prior to Highmark Health, Amy held the position of Manager of Clinical Services at Gateway Health from November 2015 to September 2020. Previous experience includes roles as Nurse Manager and Nurse Case Manager at Bunch CareSolutions, Nurse Case Manager at Wells Fargo Insurance Services, and Facility Compliance Liaison at Putnam General Hospital. Early in the career, Amy worked as a Registered Nurse in Neuro ICU at Charleston Area Medical Center Health System and as a Claims Processor at CASCI. Amy holds a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Marshall University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Virginia University, and an Associate's degree in Nursing from the University of Charleston.
