Josh Masi has over a decade of experience in the human resources and insurance fields, currently serving as Manager of HR Shared Services at Highmark Health since October 2016, with responsibilities spanning benefits, retirement, invoicing, and vendor management. Previous roles at Highmark Health included Manager of Benefits Administration and Supervisor of Benefits Administration. Prior to this, Josh worked as an Insurance Agent at Preston & Grafton Insurance Agency and as Account Support at BOST. Josh began a career in management as Office Manager at Alex Restoration and Masonry Repairs.
