Maria Baker

Maria Baker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Maria worked at Highmark Health as the Vice President of Health Strategy & Delivery, Director of Health Delivery Design & Transformation, Enterprise Strategy Director, Director of Talent Engagement Lead, and Talent Engagement Lead. Prior to that, they worked at HM Health Solutions as the Director of Workforce Operations, Manager of Workforce Planning & Management, and Team Manager of Talent Strategies. Maria also gained experience at PNC as AVP, Asst. Program Manager; A&L, Capital Markets, Corporate Banking, & Retail Development Programs, Officer, Business Banking Relationship Manager, and Retail Banking Associate. Maria was also involved with the American Marketing Association as the President of the Duquesne Chapter. In addition, they interned at PNC Financial Services Group in both the Corporate Marketing and Marketing Services departments. Maria also had an internship at Smith Brothers Agency.
