Miguel Perez is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in talent engagement and organizational transformation across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources - Talent Engagement at Highmark Health, Miguel oversees the talent strategy for a diverse portfolio valued over $4 billion and a workforce of approximately 15,000 employees. Previously, as Vice President of Human Resources for the Industrial Precision Solutions segment at Nordson Corporation, Miguel led HR initiatives for a global team of over 3,500 employees. With a foundational career at Honeywell spanning nearly 17 years, Miguel held multiple senior roles, including Sr. HR Director and Global HR Director, where responsibilities included driving talent strategies and business transformation across various sectors. Miguel also has a background in IT roles at Honeywell and GE, complemented by an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
