Patricia Laughlin

Patricia Laughlin, PMP, serves as the Senior Vice President of HR Technology and Operations at Highmark Health, where responsibilities include overseeing enterprise HR strategy, operations, and systems to support a nationwide health organization. Since joining Highmark Health in January 2016, Patricia has held various roles, including Vice President of HR Technology and Marketplace and Director of HR Technology, each marked by significant accomplishments in HR transformation and technology implementation. Prior experience at FedEx Ground included project management and technical writing in HR operations, while earlier roles focused on program management and education. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Point Park University, a B.S. in Education with a focus on Mathematics from Robert Morris University, and is currently pursuing executive leadership training at The Wharton School.
