Terrence W. Cavanaugh

Terrence Cavanaugh currently serves as a Commissioner for the Naples Airport Authority and as an Expert Network Resource at Silverlight Research Expert Network, both since September 2022 and January 2022, respectively. Cavanaugh is a Member of the Board of Directors at Highmark Health and Selective Insurance, and a Council Member at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) since 2018. Cavanaugh previously held the position of CEO/President at Erie Insurance Group from 2008 to 2016 and served in various roles, including COO and CMO at Chubb NA from 1999 to 2008. Cavanaugh holds a Fellow designation from the National Association of Corporate Directors and completed the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School, in addition to a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
