Thomas Vankirk

Thomas VanKirk serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary at Highmark Health, a leading health and wellness enterprise that provides services to approximately 35 million people across the United States. Thomas brings a wealth of experience from previous leadership roles, having served as CEO at Buchanan Ingersoll and Rooney from 2003 to 2009 and as COO at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC from 1985 to 2003. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Penn State Dickinson Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Bucknell University.
