Annmarie Cristiani

Annmarie Cristiani has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Annmarie started their career as an Account Executive at Chemical Bank in 1992 and later worked as an AVP/Training Manager in the Residential Mortgage Division. Annmarie then joined GreenPoint Bank as an AVP/Sales Manager before moving to Washington Mutual Bank as a VP/Regional Sales Manager, where they successfully opened and developed the bank's first east coast Wholesale and Correspondent Mortgage Lending office.

In 2001, Annmarie became a Mortgage Loan Officer at Garden State Mortgage, specializing in various loan programs. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Licensed Realtor at RE/MAX Traditions Real Estate. Annmarie then transitioned to the property management industry, starting with North American Properties as a Leasing & Marketing Manager, where they significantly improved occupancy rates and rent increase for a luxury property.

Annmarie continued their career as a National Leasing and Marketing Manager at JRK Property Holdings, overseeing strategies to drive traffic to occupancy-challenged properties. Annmarie then joined CAF Management as the Director of Leasing, where they worked alongside regional property managers and investors to implement processes that generated leads and improved customer experience.

From 2022 to 2023, Annmarie worked at Lincoln Property Company Dallas as a Regional Marketing Director, responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing programs for a portfolio of multifamily assets.

Currently, they hold the position of Regional Marketing Director at Highmark Residential.

Annmarie Cristiani obtained their NMLS MLO license 567232 in 2022 from Champions School of Real Estate, specializing in SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator in Texas. Annmarie also earned additional certifications such as Mortgage Loan Originator from NMLS in December 2022, Google Analytics Essential Training from LinkedIn in April 2018, LinkedIn Learning Highlights: Sales from LinkedIn in April 2018, and Persuasive Selling from LinkedIn in December 2017. Annmarie is currently pursuing a license in Real Estate from Champions School of Real Estate, expected to be completed in 2023. It is unknown when or if they attended Fairleigh Dickinson University, as no start or end year is provided for that education.
