Cam Cassandra Reiss

Cassandra Reiss, CAM, has a diverse work experience in the property management and real estate industry. Cassandra began their career as a Leasing Consultant at Harbor Group Management Company in 2009 before moving on to The NRP Group LLC in 2011. In 2012, they joined Greystar as a Leasing Consultant, where they demonstrated excellent sales and customer service skills. Following that, they worked for Trade Street Residential, Inc. as a Leasing Professional, where they implemented effective leasing strategies and organized outreach events. In 2015, Cassandra became the Business Manager at Mindy Oberhardt - Realtor at RE/Max United. Cassandra then transitioned to CWS Apartment Homes in 2017 as an Assistant Community Director. Cassandra later joined Highmark Residential as an Assistant Community Director - Lease Up, and eventually became a Community Director in 2021. Most recently, Cassandra worked for Pegasus Residential as a Property Manager - Lease Up before returning to Highmark Residential as a Community Director in 2023. Cassandra has gained valuable experience and expertise in various roles throughout their career.

Cassandra Reiss attended North Carolina Wesleyan University from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Their field of study was Business Administration and Marketing. In July 2020, they obtained the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification from the National Apartment Association. Additionally, in June 2012, they obtained the North Carolina Real Estate Broker certification, although the institution where they obtained it is not specified.
