Cam Kecia Ridley

Kecia Ridley has extensive experience in the property management industry. Kecia currently holds the position of Community Director at Highmark Residential since July 2021. Previously, they served as a Property Manager at CARROLL from February 2020 to January 2021. Before that, they had various roles at First Communities, including District Manager from April 2017 to February 2020, and Community Manager from October 2016 to February 2020. Kecia has also worked as a Community Manager at Pegasus Residential for a brief period in 2016. In addition, they gained experience as a Property Manager at BG MULTIFAMILY from February 2016 to June 2016 and as a Property Manager at LAWSON REALTY CORP from September 2012 to October 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Site Manager at United Property Associates from November 2010 to August 2012 and as an Assistant Community Manager at S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. from May 2004 to November 2010.

Kecia Ridley, CAM, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Old Dominion University. Kecia completed their degree from 2004 to 2010. In January 2018, they additionally obtained a certification of CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) from the National Apartment Association.
